You want to know what really "Grinds my Gears," people that attack on ignorant impulse without going through the proper channels to make a real difference.

There are appropriate ways to go about when trying to make effective and positive changes when dealing with school clubs, teams, or curriculums.

All it takes is for you to join, become a member, be a part of the solution not just another voice that no one wants to hear. By bashing and criticizing and scrutinizing the organization and those who have work so hard to build and maintain is not the right solution.

Change will never come over night and will definitely not come from outsiders who think they have all the answers but offer absolutely nothing or know nothing about those who put their time and energy into the finished product, no matter how amazing it is or how flawed it is. Change occurs from the inside and works its way out.

If you really feel that you can make a difference then sign up and become part of the group, part of the family, part of the solution. Because until that happens, no one has the right to take action against any organization except for those who have decided to become part of the solution and stopped being just more ignorant voices.
