If you're not crazy about water, try an alternative like Gatorade. It helps re-hydrate your body with some flavor and adds bonuses. Gatorade replenishes tired muscles and replaces sodium and potassium that was lost with the help of electrolytes.

If you're looking for a natural remedy, vitamin B can help with a hangover. Vitamin B helps to regulate your nervous system. So when your feeling a bit of nausea and you need to relax the amusement park in your stomach try some vitamin B.

If you're like most students who do their studying and homework on sunday and don't have time to rest and catch up on some sleep, try using Alka-Seltzer Morning Relief tablets. They are quick and easy to take. Just drop two tablets into a tall glass of water and wait for it to fizzle and then drink. It helps to settle you stomach and take away aches and pains.
