Newly released and wildly received, Superbad is the new hit movie that is full of pure, laugh out loud comedy.

This year, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and Judd Apatow collaborated on the successful comedy "Knocked Up".

Produced by Apatow and written by Rogen & Goldberg, the trio is back again with Superbad, a comedy that focuses on three high school geeks desperate attempt to score with the girls before they leave for college.

The movie revolves around two high school seniors, Seth and Evan (curiously named after the screenwriters) played by Jonah Hill and Michael Cera.

The two high school outcasts join up with their ultra nerdy acquaintance, Fogell, played by Christopher Mintz-Plasse, in an attempt to use a fake ID to buy liquor for a party.

Seth and Evan's true motivation behind buying the alcohol, however, is to impress and hopefully hook up with two girls at the party.

"Seth reminded me of myself," said Mark Saluti, junior, Cape Cod, Mass. "In high school I thought being around drunk girls was the only way I'd get lucky."

Superbad doesn't just appeal to a male audience. The sex driven, high school comedy also attracts female viewers.

"It's a more inappropriate, funnier version of Sex & the City for guys," said Michele Gannon, junior, Montville, N.J.

Seth Rogen even makes an appearance in his film along with Saturday Night Live's, Bill Hader, as two local cops living vicariously through Fogell in an attempt to remain cool.

"What person in their right mind wouldn't want to paint the town yellow with the cops," said John Young, junior, Hamden.
